For EU-Based Publishers who drive the highest amount of incremental revenue through our network during the period of April 1st , 2010 – July 31st 2010 versus the prior 4 – month period (December 1, 2009 – March 31st, 2010).

Example: Publisher A drives $15,000 in revenue from April 1st , 2010 – July 31st, 2010. Publisher A had driven $5000 in revenue from December 1st, 2009 – March 31st, 2010. Publisher A, therefore, has $10,000 in incremental revenue for purpose of the Challenge.

* If a publisher is in the top 40 of our broader worldwide contest, they will qualify under that parameter first (in which case, we’d award four pubs winners instead of five). In other words, a publisher has to either be in the top 5 from the EU contest OR the top 40 from the worldwide one. If they are #6 (EU) or #41 (Worldwide), they lose even if a publisher ahead of them technically qualifies twice.
